I'm a software engineer passionate about creating interactive, impactful digital experiences
Steps I follow
How I Build Software
A practical, impact-focused workflow—from problem discovery to measurable, iterative improvements.
01. Discover & Align
Clarify goals, constraints, and success metrics. Map user journeys and edge cases to define a clear problem statement.
02. Design & Plan
Sketch wireframes and plan architecture: data models, API contracts, and state strategy for scalable, maintainable code.
03. Build & Test
Implement modular features with TypeScript where possible, add accessibility, and cover with unit/integration tests.
04. Ship, Measure, Iterate
Deploy via CI/CD, monitor performance and errors, gather feedback/analytics, then iterate to improve UX and reliability.

My Thesis
Exploring Usability Issues of E-Government Websites in Bangladesh
Oct 2024 – Jun 2025 • BRAC University
I conducted a mixed-methods study on Bangladesh's e-government platforms focused on citizens with limited digital literacy. The work diagnoses recurring UX barriers and proposes standardized, accessible design solutions that government teams can adopt quickly.
- • Evaluated key services and identified common pain points (navigation, forms, language).
- • Built Civix UI — an accessible component library for gov services.
- • Prototyped flows (e.g., E-Passport) with clearer steps, error states, and form guidance.
